Finalists will be included in a digital art display at The Biennial Project’s Windsor-Whitney New York City Reception on March 2, 2012 at the Art Connects New York /Spattered Columns Gallery in SOHO and in a blog posting to 2,000 Art Lovers! The Grand Prize Winner will attend, as a guest of The Biennial Project (travel and hotel costs not included),the February 29th Opening Reception of The Whitney Biennial (a $250 Value!). They will also have a solo show on our website supported by a separate bold entry highlighting the winners online show. The Biennial Project is a collaborative project by artists Eric Hess, Anna Salmeron and our friends to explore the nature and understand the perception of biennial exhibits within the art world, and, in so doing, to develop a collective body of work that will be exhibited in as many biennial exhibits as possible – especially the really cool ones.
