More than an artist, MISTER LAW is a hodgepodge of cultural curiosity. The creator of PICKLED PETS (stuffed animals preserved in Mason jars in a “secret brine”), this self-proclaimed resident of the 4th dimension embodies the unbridled spirit of graffiti street art and the gosh-golly podunk folksiness of roadside boiled peanuts. MISTER LAW’s colorfully animated canvases and animal head cut-outs inspire wonderment. MISTER LAW’s cute and creepy PICKLED PETS capture the imagination and leave the most adept art connoisseur wondering “what they is?” and “what does it all mean?” Owner of LAW*MART Discount Art Gallery & Tattoo, MISTER LAW is as enigmatic as he is charming. “I do these things because It tells me to.” When asked what “It” is, MISTER LAW simply responds, “Yer lookin’ at it.”
